On price chopper direct connect login page, enter your unique id in first box and password in the second box. Then press the ‘submit’ button. The system will redirect and your account dashboard will open in new page.
MyPortal Password Change
The system administration offers two types of password change. First is ‘Change password’ which you can do frequently to as a security precaution. Second one is the ‘Reset Password’ which you can do in case you forgot your current password.
To change your price chopper direct connect password, you need to go to myportal.
On top right corner, click on ‘User Management’ tab. By clicking this a popup window will appear.
Here click on ‘Change Password’. The sub window under user management tab will open with ‘Change Password’ in title.

Reset Forgotten Password
In case you forget your password then you cannot use the change password option because it requires you to enter your current password. So in this scenario you need to click on ‘Reset Password’ instead of ‘change password’. This is a three step process. In first step you need to provide your unique id and press the next button.
Before you will able to reset your password, the system needs to ensure that you are the actual owner of this account so in the next two steps you need to provide answers of your security question. On correct submission of security answers in the third step you will able to set your new password for your price chopper direct connect account. Now keep it in safe place for next time login.
Enroll in New Price Chopper Direct Connect Online Account
